Pennie is a qualified Test Administrator with specialist expertise in the administration of psychometric tools. She is also highly experienced as an Administrator for Human Scope’s Assessment & Development Centres and Individual Executive Assessments. She has a passion and commitment for ensuring best practice standards are brought to the implementation of our client assignments. In addition, she provides valuable specialist knowledge and support with respect to all the logistics and arrangements for Human Scope’s projects including our global project coordination and venue sourcing.
