Joyce is a Registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS). Prior to joining Human Scope, Joyce worked in the talent recruitment and management function of a multi-national corporation. Joyce plays a major role in the design and delivery of Human Scope’s assessment and development centres (AC/DC), 360 degree feedback processes, and competency-based interviewing tools and methodologies. She is also highly experienced in competency profiling, development planning, competency framework development, and psychometric assessment & feedback.


Her passion lies in unleashing individuals’ potential and supporting their career development, whilst helping organisations to identify and develop their high-potential leaders to enable the achievement of strategic goals. This has been the driving force of her engagement in different leadership assessment and development initiatives. Joyce also has a keen interest in individuals’ motivation, engagement and well-being. She enjoys working with individuals to support their professional as well as ‘whole person’ development to become highly engaged leaders.


Joyce has a genuine focus on delivering customised solutions which are tailored to clients’ and individuals’ needs. In addition, she adds value through her psychological expertise to help client organisations fully leverage their talent strategies. Her depth of experience in the use of psychometric tools also enables her to provide unique insights which support individuals’ personal and leadership development.
