Kit is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist, specialising in talent management, leadership assessment and development, coaching, performance management and OD. She leads and delivers major client engagements for Human Scope and partners with clients in their journey to build an engaged workforce and achieve outstanding business results. She leads Human Scope’s practice development and is the practice leader of 360-Scope™.

Since joining Human Scope in 2006, Kit combines her extensive experience with a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential, resulting in a personalised approach to nurturing talents and leaders. She has coached and supported over 1,500 individuals in their development journeys, including Functional Leaders and General Managers across different industries and regions.

Kit previously worked in employee engagement consulting as a founding member in Hong Kong & China, serving blue chip global corporations. She has provided ongoing development support to aspiring Occupational Psychologists. She has been a committee member of the BPS DOP International Work Group and a reviewer of BPS’s annual conferences. Besides, she is an invited co-author of the chapter “Talent Assessment Strategies” in a book on Human Resources Practices in Hong Kong and she has lectured at the University of Macau.
